OUR CHURCH
OUR CHURCH
Ekklesia Fellowship Ministries is located in the heart of the City of Ypsilanti – and we say this with solid conviction and intentionality – that Ekklesia has been “Called Out to be a Blessing and Called Out to Make a Change!”
Our church seeks to embody the love of Jesus Christ through worship, biblical teaching, biblical studies, and relationships with our brothers and sisters. Since our first worship service in December of 2000, our Church has understood the importance of being a sanctuary of love and a refuge of support to all of God’s people. Further we believe worship, preaching, and teaching equips and matures us to display the Love of Jesus to other believers, our families, the community, and to those seeking a relationship with Jesus Christ.
We embrace God’s assignment for Ekklesia by aiming to focus on both Christ and the community. We do this by not just serving within the church walls, but also serving outside of the church’s walls. Being located in the nucleus of the city allows us to be easily accessible. Our church is walking distance from Eastern Michigan University and only one block away from the bus transit station (AATA), making public transportation an easy choice. Ekklesia is located is only few miles from Ann Arbor and only a short drive from Detroit.
